A: informed delivery is not 100% reliable. sometimes it doesnt show

Q: I see a shipping label was created on informed for the past 2 days, but nothing shipped.

A: Thats normal. Your pack was always dropped same day shipping label created. Sometimes USPS takes up to 3 days to empty Blue boxes.
There is nothing we can do about this
